:Tax ManagerWe're hiring! We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our team in KL, Malaysia. • Monthly

• Cash tax forecast and reconciliation of the payable balance
• Quarterly

• Tax Questionnaire
• FIN 48
• Statutory Tax Rate
• Provide update on Tax Law Changes - including following up on the effect of the tax law change
• Review full year tax forecast for Q1-Q3 for all APAC countries, and
• Review tax provision calculation, tax adjustments made/ rule set updates in Tax Provisioning Tool (TLS)
• Project

• Ad Hoc - Deferred Taxes Reconciliation for each entity
• Tax Return Review & Return-to-accruals (per legal entity)

• Review all legal entities tax returns before it is filed with the tax office
• Working with local country on return-to-accruals after tax return filed and subsequently uploaded into TLS

Tax Audit Support (including CIT audit, TP audit & Indirect Tax audit)

• Support local controller & co-ordinate with business / tax team when there is tax audit, tax compliance review & queries from Tax Office.

Tax Advisory xe2x80x93 GST, WHT & Permanent Establishment

• Provide GST & WHT advice as and when required
• Contract Review (external client & vendor contracts) on WHT/ GST clause
• Provide guidance to business on PE mitigation

Projects / Planning

• Legal entity rationalization
• Any other tax projects from time to time
