Smart Tax Consultants Snd Bhd is currently looking to appoint an Taxation Manager to join our taxation team in Cheras Commercial Centre, Kuala Lumpur office.Smart Tax Consultants aims to be the leading corporate service provider and top Taxation firm in Cheras Kuala Lumpur providing One-Stop Solution services for our clients.Job Responsibilities

• \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Preparation / Review of tax computation and Form C

• \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Managing all tax functions including tax planning, identifying tax incentives and providing advice to local and international clients.

• \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0To ensure that all taxation work for our clients is in compliance with the Management and the regulatory requirements.

• \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Responding and attending to all technical and customer tax queries.

• \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Problem solving for the staffs and department, on issues like double tax deduction, transfer pricing, etc.

• \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, ACCA or equivalent and with Practising Tax License preferred

• \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Minimum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant working experience.

• \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Good knowledge of Income Tax Act and experience in international taxation.

• \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English

• \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Be resourceful, analytical, independent and meticulous.

• \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Customer service oriented.
