TAX: Prepares the company\'s federal, state, and local tax returns by examining accounts and records and computing tax returns according to prescribed rates, laws, and regulations.Perform Tax Compliance work in accordance to Company Policies with US GAAP, local accounting standards and local tax legislative and regulatory requirements. The role includes:Various month end and quarter end tax compliance and reconciliation activities including (but not limited to) international closePreparation (and filing where required) of tax returns and other similar legal and compliance obligations (including review of tax and finance data for accuracy and completeness)Meet periodic tax compliance deadlines for filing and payment of returns and taxesSupport internal and external audit requestsParticipate in on-going system/process simplifications and improvement projectsCollaborate with local and international finance, legal and global tax teams as required
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Accountancy with minimum 1-2 years related working experience that includes experience and knowledge of tax. Member of MIA, MICPA, ACCA or CPA Australia is highly desired. Demonstrate strong project management, communication and interpersonal skill, able to work independently and with great teamwork. Ability to provide explanation, analysis and recommendation with problem solving and analytical skills. Strong initiatives and drive to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
