Job Description




  • TAX: Prepares the company\'s federal, state, and local tax returns by examining accounts and records and computing tax returns according to prescribed rates, laws, and regulations.
  • Prepares claims for tax refunds, maintains tax records, prepares routine and special tax reports, represents company during tax audits, and advises management regarding business, internal programs, and activities as they relate to tax matters.
  • Prepares profitability analyses of legal entity companies and support profitability goals through the application of intercompany transfer pricing.
  • LICENSING/CUSTOMS: Ensure compliance to U. S. Customs regulations, U. S. Export regulations, State Department Regulations, and Foreign Customs/Trade Regulations, while maximizing benefits and minimizing liabilities.
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of classification tables for Customs and Licensing purposes to facilitate the shipment of company product or equipment across national boundaries.
  • Interacts with Product Divisions to obtain necessary information to make appropriate Customs and Licensing classification determinations for Company Product, equipment and material.
  • Also responsible for supervising the processing and settlement of U. S. Customs penalties and claims and negotiating with the Customs department on Standard Industry Classifications for product.
  • Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
  • Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Accountancy with minimum 4-5 years related working experiences.
  • Member of MIA, MICPA, ACCA or CPA Australia is highly desired.
  • Demonstrate strong project management, communication and interpersonal skill, able to work independently and with great teamwork.
  • Ability to provide explanation, analysis and recommendation with problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong initiatives and drive to work in a dynamic and changing environment.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
