Our client is one of the leading Marketing companies globally. Currently, they are looking for a Tax, Thai Speaker to support their operation & projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare complex corporate tax computations, tax return, income tax forms and other relevant documents.
- Able to meet timeline for all compliance submisson & attend to all as hoc information.
- Adhere to company\'s policies, tax procedures and tax compliance, agree global procedures, regional business requirements, statutory government regulations, and SOX requirements to minimise the liabilities and risk.
- Self check own tax computation prior to submission and assist to identify tax saving or reduction.
- Adhere to Internal Audit Controls and tax processes
- Perform tax laws research and identifying tax latest regulations changes.
- Send tax computation for Opco to review
- Act as an escalation PIC & advisor to stakeholders to monitor transactions and activities for tax planning or reporting opportunities & provide solutions to tax implications of transactions.
- Building relationship with Opco and external advisor.
- Proactively identify process improvements and turnaround time
- Proficiency in Thai Language, open to native speaker who willing to relocate to Malaysia.
- Strong tax skills and communication skills to explain the complex issue to client and non tax colleague.
- Preferable to have accounting knowledge.
