Job Description

Job Responsibility Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking their orders, and offering product recommendations; To responsible for handling cash, credit or debit card transactions, and maintaining accurate records of sales; Ensuring the store is adequately stocked with ingredients, supplies and packing materials and restocking as needed; Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including equipment, countertop and seating areas, to ensure a hygienic environment for customers; Ensuring that all beverages are prepared to the highest quality standards and in accordance with the store s recipes; Keeping track sales, inventory levels, and other relevant data, and report to the store manager as required; Following all health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of customer and fellow employees; Have a through understanding of the store s menu, including ingredients, pricing and special offer; Addressing customer inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to the customer s satisfaction; and Completing any ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager from time to time. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least SPM certification No working experience required but Prior working experience in Food & Beverages Outlet is an added advantage Willing to work during weekends and public holidays Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and BM (Mandarin is an added advantage) Possess own transport and willing to travel Job Benifits Annual Leave Medical and Hospitalisation Leave EPF/SOCSO/PCB Training Provided OT Pay Allowance Provided
