Job Description

• No working experience required but Prior working experience in Food & Beverages Outlet is an added advantage
• Willing to work during weekends and public holidays
• Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and BM (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Possess own transport and willing to travel

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking their orders, and offering product recommendations;
• To responsible for handling cash, credit or debit card transactions, and maintaining accurate records of sales;
• Ensuring the store is adequately stocked with ingredients, supplies and packing materials and restocking as needed;
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including equipment, countertop and seating areas, to ensure a hygienic environment for customers;
• Ensuring that all beverages are prepared to the highest quality standards and in accordance with the store\'s recipes;
• Keeping track sales, inventory levels, and other relevant data, and report to the store manager as required;
• Following all health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of customer and fellow employees;
• Have a through understanding of the store\'s menu, including ingredients, pricing and special offer;
• Addressing customer inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to the customer\'s satisfaction; and
• Completing any ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager from time to time.
