Position Title: Tea Barista / Bubble Tea Crew

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Location: Seksyen 7, Shah Alam

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, mix, and serve bubble tea, ice cream, and other beverages according to standard recipes.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Operate cashier system, handle payments, and maintain accurate transactions.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, kitchen, and dining area at all times.

Assist in stock management, including receiving, storing, and replenishing ingredients and supplies.

Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Job Requirements:

No prior experience required (training will be provided).

Positive attitude, friendly personality, and willingness to learn.

Good communication skills in English and/or Malay (Mandarin is an advantage).

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Minimum age: 18 years old.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Expected hours: 54 - 60 per week
