• Tea Preparation: Brewing and preparing various types of tea, ensuring proper steeping times, temperature, and measurements to create high-quality tea beverages.
• Menu Knowledge: Being well-versed in the tea bar\'s menu, including different tea varieties, tea lattes, iced teas, and specialty tea-based drinks.
• Customer Service: Interacting with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking orders, and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Drink Customization: Being attentive to customer requests for customized tea beverages, such as adjusting sweetness levels, adding flavors, or accommodating dietary preferences.
• Creativity: Creating new and unique tea blends, infusions, or specialty drinks to offer innovative and exciting options to customers.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring the tea preparation area is clean and well-maintained, including regularly cleaning tea pots, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring tea inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed to ensure ingredients are available for tea preparation.
• Cash Handling: Handling cash transactions, processing payments accurately, and providing customers with correct change.
• Tea Education: Sharing knowledge about different tea types, their origins, flavors, and potential health benefits with customers who show interest.
• Promotions and Upselling: Informing customers about any ongoing promotions, new tea blends, or seasonal specials to encourage upselling and increase sales.
