Willing to work in Desa Cemerlang, Johor Bahru. Job Duties: Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping the floor throughout the office area Ensure a clean environment and perform daily COVID SOP sanitation. Ensure that the walkway area is always clean and free from debris. Inform of any damage/repair of items or cleaning items required. Run simple errands as instructed. Has high self -motivation and is able to identify and complete required tasks with a minimal rate of supervision. Remove rubbish, clean toilets, wash dishes, clean office desks and all other related office cleaning work. Prepare and serve food / tea / coffee when required to customers and management. Ensure the pantry area is always tidy and clean. Housekeeping for one apartment rented by the company twice a week. Perform any other ad-hoc duty as required from time to time. Job Requirement: Candidate should possess a Primary / Secondary School or equivalent in All Business Field Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience. Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Others or equivalent. Good communication skills in English, Malay and Chinese language for both spoken and written 1 Full-time/Permanent positions available
