Requirements

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to prepare refreshments for meetings and corporate visits.

Responsibilities
Preparation of refreshments for meetings and corporate visits.

• To ensure all utensils and cutleries are pre-washed at least 1-2 days before the actual day for meetings/visits.
• To monitor and maintain pantry supplies and reorder when necessary.

Cleaning of Chairman and CEO's room and main areas of Corporate floors.

• To ensure all lights and air conditioning are functioning in the meeting room before and after the meeting.
• To supervise cleaners in their cleaning tasks.

Distribution of mails or documents to other departments from Corporate office.

• To assist in dispatching mail or documents to other departments if required.
