Job Description

:

1. To be The Best Islamic Education Centre in the neighbourhood.
2. Learn, absorb, practice, and share with teachers the spirit and content of Tadika Aaira Little Genius and Team work with all teachers.
3. Perform duty as class teacher and assistant principle, always communicate with the students and parents.
4. To ensure that the classroom and the kindergarten premises are always clean, organized, neat, and tidy.
5. To receive and send off students at the kindergarten gate safely and courteously.
6. To ensure the safety and well-being of all students while they are within the kindergarten premises, including the classroom, toilet, and outdoor compound, throughout the session. 7. To handle fees collection and ensure proper submission of collected payments to the Tadika Aaira Little Genius management.
8. Responsible and reporting to board of director any issued concern. 9. Preparing meals and ensure all meals are prepared as per daily menu.
10. Perform Day Care duties as instructed by the company.
11. Teachers responsible for the classroom decorations.
12. Conduct extra classes for children as and when required.
13. Prepare the Children for Solat Prayers.
14. Preparing the Children for extra curriculum activities such as sports and Child Enrichment Program.
15. Ensure achieve all KPI and targets as set.
16. Adhere to all Tadika Aaira Little Genius rules and regulations.
17. The above list can be amended from time to time depending on the company progress and requirements.
18. Principal/vice principal are responsible for parents briefing and communicate effectively with student and staff members.
19. Principal/vice principal are responsible to monitor teacher performance, allocation for duty roster and lunch break hour.
20. Principal/ vice principal is the person in charge of supply inventory and petty cash.
21. Principal/ vice principal to prepare weekly report and update kindergarten issue during weekly board meeting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
