We are an Impact-Driven Fashion Brand. With each piece of clothing sold, 10% of our sales proceeds will be used to sustain shelter-home children\'s EQ learning program.

We are currently looking for Social Innovative Executive (Social Worker/Teacher) to join our team & make a significant difference in the lives of children living in shelter homes and orphanage.

Our goal is to reach out to 1,000 underprivileged children by 2025.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree or above
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply ; Experienced candidates will be added advantage
• Preferably from an educational background or Psychology/Counselling qualifications
• Passionate about teaching & building trusting relationships with children
• Highly sensitive towards children\'s needs and attentive to their emotions
• Enjoys spending hours researching new lesson ideas
• Extroverted and willing to reach out to Corporations/NGOs for collaborations
• Must possess own transport & be willing to travel & work at Setapak, Kuala Lumpur
• Candidates with no experience in this industry but have an interest are welcome to apply. Training will be provided

• Research & develop new weekly EQ learning lesson plans
• Conduct & teach physical lessons on a weekly basis
• Reach out to new shelter homes & orphanages
• Plan outdoor learning activities for each children\'s home/orphanage
• Develop & improve our current Impact Measurement Assessments
• Conduct Impact Measurement Assessments & Reporting
• Seek NGO/Corporate CSR collaborations that benefit the children
