• Candidates must at least possess a Diploma or equivalent
• Able to speak in English & Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Excellent communication skills with staff, parents, and students
• Ability to create a positive and safe learning environment
• Patient and empathetic to gently guide and encourage students
• Knowledge of educational curriculum standards and best practices
• Proficient in basic administrative tasks and budgeting
• Passionate about student development and education
• Preference for candidates with early childhood qualifications
• Experience and good management skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Teach knowledge and help students develop good learning habits, social skills, and confidence
• Track student development, assess progress and challenges
• Design and implement Age-appropriate lessons based on student developmental stages
• Regularly update parents on their child's progress, discuss educational strategies, and collaborate to support student growth
