What you'll be doing

Assisting the Lead Teacher in the planning and implementation of engaging educational activities and programmes that promote the intellectual, physical, social and emotional development of children Providing a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow Observing and documenting children's progress, and collaborating with the Lead Teacher to identify and address their individual needs Actively participating in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge Ensuring compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and standards Fostering positive relationships with children, families and the wider school community

What we're looking for

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field Experience working with young children in an early childhood setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues A genuine passion for supporting the development and wellbeing of young children A team-oriented approach and the flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the children and the program Excellent organisational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
