Description Role Profile Secondary School Teacher (National School) Purpose of Role We are looking for a passionate Secondary School Teacher to deliver fun, engaging and learning-focused lessons, manage the day-to-day planning, lead events, and work effectively as a member of the National Secondary team. The candidate must be resourceful and innovative in his/her teaching approach. You must be passionate about your subject, with the ability to plan and deliver high quality lessons that engage, motivate and challenge, with a strong emphasis placed on developing pupils\' ability to achieve their individual potential and goals. The candidate must promote high expectations for all students, designing learning activities that are aligned to our school\'s curriculum and creating a learning culture where there are no limits to what can be achieved. Skills, Qualifications And Experience Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor\' Degree in Business Studies/Education/Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching or equivalent, (a teaching qualification would be desirable). Minimum 2 years teaching experience, preferably in a National Secondary School context. Applicants will be hardworking and enthusiastic teaching professional with excellent subject knowledge and a sound understanding of the National Curriculum and SPM examination format. Motivated individual with keen interest in encouraging, motivating and inspiring students to achieve their full potential. Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills with fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
