Taylor\'s International School (Puchong Campus) is a leading and fast developing educational community that offers an international curriculum for over 1300 children aged between 3 and 16 years culminating in the Cambridge IGCSE examinations. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Year Leader for our Primary School who is ready to inspire and enthuse a community of children, teachers and parents. Experience of working in international education and the Primary school ages are strong advantages. As a relatively young school, we are seeking passionate educators who have a strong desire to work as coaches and mentors so as to further develop the very best pedagogical practices in and out of the classroom.

The first responsibility of any leader at TIS Puchong Primary School is to aid learning, both for children and for members of our faculty. The second responsibility of any leader at TIS Puchong is to get the best out of the teachers they lead and help them grow as educators and as leaders. The third responsibility of any leader at TIS Puchong is to model the Taylor\'s RECIPE, enriched with the Taylor\'s outcomes in all of our interaction within our school community. The fourth responsibility of any leader at TIS Puchong is to help the school to be a sustainable, reputable provider, attractive to local and international families. The year leader is expected to work in close collaboration with the Assistant Year Leaders. Our preference would be for professionals who have gained significant experience with the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and who are able to take a leading responsibility in our implementation of the IPC.

The position is available for January 2024. This position will report to the Head of Primary or any other person designated by the Principal/Management.

Whilst, compared to many other countries, living costs in Malaysia are very competitive and our package allows for a comfortable standard of living and includes: Flight allowance, Medical Insurance, Children Education Benefit and a cash housing allowance.
