• Good communication skills and organizational skills

• Able to promote and explain details of our product and packages
• Must be passionate and enjoy working with young children and working in a team
• Good time management skills
• Ability to manage groups of children and deal with challenging behavior
• Patience and a sense of humor
• Basic IT skills /relevant background/experience
• Able to communicate in multi-languages (such as Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia) and must be fluent in Mandarin
• An entry-level Teaching Assistant may have relevant experience from a practicum, student teaching program or training program.
• Other entry-level candidates may have previous experience with roles in customer service, administrative support and childcare, which may provide candidates with relevant communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced candidates may have years of experience as a Teaching Assistant or in another childcare- or classroom-related role.

Tanggungjawab

• Getting the classroom ready for lessons/ upcoming classes
• Helping children who need extra support to complete tasks
• Helping teachers plan learning activities and complete records
• Supporting teachers in managing class behavior
• Supervising children/ group activities
• Looking after children who are upset or injured by accidents
• Clearing away materials and equipment after lessons
• Taking part in training
• Carrying out administrative tasks
• Maintain good client relationships by actively communicating with clients including students and their parents through problem-solving and recommendations
• Provide consultation services to new client
• Other necessary work arrangements based on job requirements
• MOST IMPORTANTLY: Responsible to all children
