Job Description


Objective of job
Conduct basic office- and assistance activitiesPrinciple activities
Order basic supplies (e.g. pantry things like beverages for visitors, office supplies, etc.) according to company guidelines
Perform organizational tasks (e.g. arrange events, organize travels, etc.) according to company guidelines
Coordinate travel management for both internal staff and external visitors (accommodation, flights, transfers, visa, other travel related documents)
Prepare and maintain simple documents (e.g. presentations, lists, documentations, instructions, etc.) according to guidelines
Compile simple documents (e.g. for meetings, etc.) and check them (e.g. for completeness, classification, etc.) according to guidelines
Create simple evaluations, statistics and reports according to clear guidelines
Arrange, prepare, track and follow up on appointments (e.g. meetings, etc.)
Carry out general administrative tasks according to guidelines (e.g. organizing files, archiving documents, answering and forwarding calls and mail, etc.)
Monitoring of external cleaners, provide cleaning schedule
Generate ESS shopping cards
Give safety briefing to external parties (visitor, customer, from other DRX plant)
Support company visitors (customer, vendor, other DRX plant) during their stay
