What are my job responsibilities Provide accounting and clerical support to accounting department Provide support on paperwork & filing to Procurement department To be a SPOC for the Service Unit on task related to IT, SCM, SRE, Communication Dept To perform regular administrative routine duties such as purchase of Office Equipment, stationery, manage pantry inventory, letter collections Organizing team meetings or customer visit and events such as Townhall and Department activities Creation of Purchase Requisitions for any order placed by the team Verifying internal claims before manager approval Fixed Asset Coordinator for the Service Unit Handover of onboarding / offboarding of employees. What do | need to qualify for this job Any other duties / jobs assigned by superior or management Posses a Diploma in related field 2 years relevant working experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Words, Excel, Power Point) SAP Knowledge Proficiency in English language Able to perform work with good attitude Others Have to come to office daily basis
