Lead, coach, and manage a team of Personal Bankers and Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Drive branch-level sales strategies and promotional initiatives to grow customer portfolios.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, training, and development opportunities.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer-centricity, compliance, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with licensed specialists to ensure seamless customer referrals and product fulfillment.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and customer service standards.
Act as a role model in delivering exceptional customer experiences and deepening relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Proven track record in banking sales management and team development.
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
Ability to lead through influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with banking systems, digital platforms, and customer engagement tools.
