Job Description


Job Summary: As Team Lead, oversees IT Applications, processes, maintenance and support users with functional solutions, managing software Change Request in IT application. Managing the daily applications support tickets (incident request and service request) by prioritizing, assigning, and thereafter closing the tickets in the service management tool/ system. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide troubleshooting and solutions (data patching, query refinement, code fixing/ debugging, etc.) to the tickets received to ensure they are closed according to the service level agreement (SLA).
  • Act as the lead coordinator for major incident management processes including assembling the required internal and/or external resources for resolution.
  • Provide periodic communication to management and stakeholders for any major incident.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders to complete the report for any major incident.
  • Analyze repeating/ recurring support tickets that are of similar nature to perform root cause analysis and apply permanent resolution for such incidents. This would be part of the problem management processes that you will need to manage.
  • Provide periodic reports to management on the ticket trends and analyze the insights for continuous improvements.
  • Administer the service management tool/ system adopted by the company.
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science business related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years working experience with a combination of experienced in IT service management best practices and processes.
  • Ability to work under time pressure, manage multiple groups of users while maintaining a positive and patient attitude.
  • Strong command of the English and comfortable with process/functional documentation.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail.
  • Organizes own workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines.
  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to process assignments in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision, as well as able to contribute to team development.
  • Professional certification will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Automotive management system and added advantage.
