Provide leadership in establishing, maintaining and enforcing business processes, standard procedure and template policy. \xef\x82\xa7 Carry out project rollout governance to ensure all aspect of the projects are aligned and risk being managed. \xef\x82\xa7 Working closely with business users and stakeholders, to grasp business requirements and translate it into solution design, considering global operation & system impact and mitigation approach \xef\x82\xa7 As subject matter expert, carry out continuous improvement activities for the SAP template processes to meet business expectations. \xef\x82\xa7 Plan & lead feasibility study and fit/gap workshop for new rollout projects. \xef\x82\xa7 Review and approve Blueprint documents prepared by project team, ensuring adherence to template process and policy. \xef\x82\xa7 Provide Knowledge Transfer and mentorship to project consultants \xef\x82\xa7 Review and approve design documents, test plans and scenarios, transport requests, authorization matrix, data migration plan and cutover plan. \xef\x82\xa7 Ensure global changes are identified, assessed and mitigation actions are well planned and executed \xef\x82\xa7 Collaborate with stakeholders to introduce new enhancements, processes and functionalities. \xef\x82\xa7 Carry out project planning and management for minor or medium scale projects. \xef\x82\xa7 Working closely with different teams (eg: Basis, Abap, AMS) to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely. \xef\x82\xa7 Prepare proposal and presentation to stakeholders to communicate ideas and to obtain buy-in \xef\x82\xa7 Ensure timely update of system and template documentations. \xef\x82\xa7 Motivate & coach team to achieve higher performance. \xef\x82\xa7 Experienced in SAP Template Governance role, preferable in Lead position. \xef\x82\xa7 Demonstrate strong leadership in leading a mid-sized team (8-10 members) \xef\x82\xa7 Experienced in managing team\'s P&L, \xef\x82\xa7 Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, both logistic & finance \xef\x82\xa7 Experienced in SAP Project management in the capacity of Project Manager role, in a mid-large scale of greenfield/brownfield implementation. \xef\x82\xa7 Strong SAP ECC6 knowledge in both processes and technical) \xef\x82\xa7 Strong analytical, strategic thinking & problem-solving skills \xef\x82\xa7 Results-oriented with the ability to work as a team to achieve targets and goals \xef\x82\xa7 Strong communication and presentation skills \xef\x82\xa7 Strong in documentation, especially Powerpoint and Excel. \xef\x82\xa7 Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks. \xef\x82\xa7 Ability to multi-task \xef\x82\xa7 Degree holder / equivalent \xef\x82\xa7 Proficiency in SAP ECC 6 / S4 Hana
