- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Baking, Culinary or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in food service or bakery management is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.
- Applicants must be willing to travel for work.
- Full-Time position available.
- Responsible to perform administrative tasks and support training documentation in the department.
- Liable to conduct training needs analysis to identify problems, wants and learning gap including but not limited to:

- Liable to plan, organize and implement effective training curriculum to develop employees customer service, product knowledge and other soft skills.
- Facilitate the launching of training initiatives through video, team communication and departmental liaison.
- To assist in SOP improvisation, re-organization and re-launching
- Accountable to regularly update and prepare training materials for the training programs.
- Compile and analyze after-training impact by conducting service audit and generate reports for service quality evaluation.
- Responsible for monitoring progression of new employees based on induction checklist.
