A Snapshot of Your Day:

In your role as in Senior Team Member in Bank and Cash, you will be responsible validating that bank statements are uploaded in a timely manner and free from error ensuring that entries are recorded to the proper bank and interim general accounts.

How You\'ll Make an Impact:

\xe2\x97\x8f Perform open items clearing to ensure completeness

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure that bank reconciliations are completed timely and that aged items are follow up on

\xe2\x97\x8f Perform Month End activities

\xe2\x97\x8f Implement and document new processes and procedures

\xe2\x97\x8f Partner with the Bank and Cash Lead to ensure that regional activities performed comply with global processes/standards

\xe2\x97\x8f Contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the overall shared service centre focusing on the Bank and Cash area and KPIs

\xe2\x97\x8f Support quarterly and yearly external audit process by providing timely information and resolve queries from auditor qualitatively (if applicable for the assigned countries/legal entities)

\xe2\x97\x8f Support junior team members with queries and coaching

\xe2\x97\x8f Ad hoc duties required by management or to meet the needs of the business

\xe2\x97\x8f General housekeeping of Cash and Bank accounts

What You Bring:

\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or related field

\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 5 years in the field

\xe2\x97\x8f Very good MS-Office skills (especially in MS-Excel)

\xe2\x97\x8f Very good understanding of business processes in ERP SAP landscape

\xe2\x97\x8f Entrepreneurial mindset and eager to drive transformation

\xe2\x97\x8f People oriented

\xe2\x97\x8f IFRS accounting knowledge.

\xe2\x97\x8f Your open and communicative nature as well as fluent English skills complete your profile
