A Snapshot of Your Day:

In your role as in Senior Team Member in Bank and Cash, you will be responsible validating that bank statements are uploaded in a timely manner and free from error ensuring that entries are recorded to the proper bank and interim general accounts.

How You\'ll Make an Impact:

Perform open items clearing to ensure completeness

Ensure that bank reconciliations are completed timely and that aged items are follow up on

Perform Month End activities

Implement and document new processes and procedures

Partner with the Bank and Cash Lead to ensure that regional activities performed comply with global processes/standards

Contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the overall shared service centre focusing on the Bank and Cash area and KPIs

Support quarterly and yearly external audit process by providing timely information and resolve queries from auditor qualitatively (if applicable for the assigned countries/legal entities)

Support junior team members with queries and coaching

Ad hoc duties required by management or to meet the needs of the business

General housekeeping of Cash and Bank accounts

What You Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field

Minimum 5 years in the field

Very good MS-Office skills (especially in MS-Excel)

Very good understanding of business processes in ERP SAP landscape

Entrepreneurial mindset and eager to drive transformation

People oriented

IFRS accounting knowledge.

Your open and communicative nature as well as fluent English skills complete your profile
