Requirements
Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Min 1-2 years experience in team leadership or supervisory role within an IT sales or BPO environment
IT / software or inside sales background.
Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills
Comfortable working with CRM and IT systems
Process-driven and performance-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
Lead and manage an inside sales team focused on lead qualification
Coach and support agents to ensure quality lead assessment and handover to sales teams
Monitor team performance, KPIs, and SLAs; drive continuous improvement
Handle daily operations, reporting, and performance reviews
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and productivity
