About the role?

We are looking for a Team Lead IT Infrastructure to lead and manage our end-to-end infrastructure operations from datacenter and network to end-user devices and the Microsoft 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Network. To lead on-prem and cloud infrastructure operations (servers, storage, virtualization, and networks). Oversee datacenter uptime, branch network setup, and SD-WAN/firewall operations. Manage connectivity and performance monitoring across HQ and nationwide branches. Microsoft 365 & Entra ID Administration. Manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive). Administer Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity, access and hybrid user management. Coordinate licensing, group policies and account governance across the organization. Backup, Cloud & Projects. Oversee enterprise backup systems (Veeam, NAS, LTO, etc) and periodic recovery testing. Support hybrid cloud environments and system integrations. Lead infrastructure-related projects such as server upgrades, new branch rollouts and system migration. Leadership. Supervise and mentor Infrastructure Engineers and Local IT Technicians. Drive operational excellence, documentation discipline and proactive system monitoring.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related field. 3 to 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure or system administration. Hands-on expertise in Network (Cisco / Fortinet), Server (Windows & Linux), Virtualization (Proxmox / VMware), Cloud & Backup (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Veeam, NAS, etc). Strong problem-solving, documentation and coordination skills. * Experience in multi-site or branch IT operations is an added advantage.
