Open Position: Team Lead, Software Quality Assurance (QA)
A well-established IT Organisation is currently hiring for Team Lead, Software Quality Assurance (QA) to lead the QA team and be based in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the product development team to understand the concept and requirements of web and mobile application products to achieve the business objectives
- Design and create overall QA framework, processes and test suites for web, mobile and other products
- Develop testing strategies and implement frameworks, utilities, programs, data structures, interfaces and etc
- Good understanding in Agile & Scrum methodologies with experience using Automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Unified Functional Testing (UFT) and etc
- Good experience using Cloud services; AWS and Azure, Linux platform and SQL database
- Good experience in leading QA team, mentoring team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful releases
