Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of B2B Sales and Telesales Experience required
- Insides Sales experience is a plus point
- Fluency in English(Verbal and written) is a must
- Working hour will follow project needs and serving country
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor daily team performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to drive productivity and sales conversions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and deliver coaching sessions to enhance team skills.
- Manage and track sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and client engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with operations and client stakeholders to align on business objectives, campaign updates, and process improvements.
