To assist in the day to day operations of Chocolate Shop.
To operate the Cash Register machine and return the correct change to the customer.
Issue of Receipts Upon Purchase - check the coding of the product, pricing, etc.
Handling exchange of goods/guiding customers and informing customers of promotions and product.
To count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shift to ensure that amount are correct and that there is adequate change.
Reconciling the cash balance and sales at the end of the shift.
To assist in replenishing stock and stock-take from time to time.
Weekly updating stock balance of goods and coordinate with Warehouse Department for replenishment.
To arrange all goods tidily and creatively in the shop.
To ensure the cleanliness of the shop at all times.
To check on the daily stock and expiry date of the goods.
REQUIREMENTS:
Able to work during weekends.
Have 2 years of experience as promoter/shop assistant position
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
