Role Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY Management of loan applications. To coach, direct and motivate sales team towards achieving targeted goals. Responsible for retention of BIE (team members) Focusing on target market segmentation in relation to booking of assets. To manage all new applications submitted by (S)BDE i.e. assess and recommend for approval and to monitor the approving decision thereto. To achieve agreed sales targets by acquiring new business via selling BIL / GIL products directly to new customers, through identifying of financial solutions that meet customers\' needs. To help strengthen team discipline and sustain team morale through striving for and achieving allocated team targets and supporting team/units\' objective Responsibilities Strategy Drive the right sales culture and attitude To ensure sales planning and strategy are put in place throughout the year to achieve total revenue goal and targets. Drive, motivate & inspire Business Banking Client Acquisition Team to effectively manage respective individual sales to achieve planned sales activities and targets. Manage client experience. Business Deliver budgeted team sales target and increase sales productivity Segment focus, customer focus needs-based selling Deepen customer relationship penetration through multi-product selling or bundles around anchor product Drive and monitor Team sales strategies, create sales opportunities, evaluate effectiveness To share company business strategy, sales focus and regular review on sales performance with BDMs Processes Operational quality - manage sales controllable error, rejection, approval rate, TAT etc. Continuous sales improvement effort, through active engagement with Product, Credit & Operations. To ensure risks and issues identified are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner. People & Talent Coaching performance to achieve individual sales target Engage every team member and build strong team work Effective performance / scorecard / vintage mix management within budget, discipline in performance management Identify and groom potential sales leaders Upgrade people management skill constantly Risk Management Ensure CDD / AML & TCF diligence and adherence to operational risk controls and procedures in day-to-day Regional Sales teams management Discipline in HR and training related matters, Operational Risk Standards Zero tolerance of risk and compliance breaches Adhere to all policies, guidelines and procedures, comply with local regulatory requirements, reflect best practices Being measured against Governance and Operational Risk review result of the regional team Achieve satisfactory audit rating, ensure no adverse findings in internal / external audit, governance and compliance review To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures Governance Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
