Requirements

• Experience in BPO Industry is strongly preferred
• Experience in Banking Industry (FIN REC,MAS) is required
• Fluency in English is a must ( Verbal and Written)
• Strong understanding of banking operations, fraud investigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Certification in compliance, risk management, or fraud investigation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigations into complex cases, including large-scale fraud or corporate complaints.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of cases in compliance with banking regulations and client SLAs.
• Liaise with internal departments and client-side stakeholders to coordinate resolution strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports and root cause analyses for high-level escalations.
• Coach and mentor team members to maintain high performance and compliance standards.
• Monitor team KPIs and implement process improvements where needed.
• Act as the primary escalation point for unresolved or sensitive cases.
