Team Leader

to lead our awesome team at

Boost Juice Central I-City

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate your team to deliver excellent service and keep the Boost spirit alive every day. Assist Store Manager on managing daily store operations -- from opening to closing -- ensuring everything runs smoothly. Handle stock control, inventory ordering, and cash management with accuracy. Drive sales growth and meet performance targets through teamwork and customer engagement. Recruit, train, and coach team members to build a strong, motivated crew. Maintain store cleanliness, product quality, and food safety standards. Foster a fun, positive, and high-energy workplace culture.

What We're Looking For:

A natural leader who can inspire, communicate, and connect with the team. Hands-on, proactive, and passionate about operations and customer experience. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Positive energy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility. Fresh graduate is encourage to apply

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
