Roles and responsibility

• To manage client legal documentation agreement set up in legal database with specific to chinese law agreements and other English law agreements such as isda, csa, gmras and gmslas.

Responsibilities

• Manages the contracts reference data team deliverables
• Manages and coordinate with stakeholders for any change management projects/enhancement
• Participate in relevant system implementation and its user acceptance test to ensure systems are appropriately implemented.
• Captures and management of critical reference data elements within financial markets operations, including but not limited to financial market contracts.
• Ensure data integrity of master agreements on scb in-house systems - i-cdms and tcds
• Responsible for answering queries from bank's stakeholders (including but not limited to - legal, credit, margin operations)
• Knowledge of financial markets products and operational processes supporting the business.
• System enhancements, uats
• Liaising with bank's stakeholders to ensure clean data flow
• Other ad-hoc projects

Business

• Must be able to handle legal documentation agreements set up in database which is used for derivative/ repo trading.

• Candidature should be mandarin proficient with willingness to collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in finance or in an analytics area with at least 2-3 years in isda and collateral documentation review / operations background.
• Ability to read chinese financial market agreements (mandarin proficient)
• Experienced in supporting a global group and ability to work in a highly collaborative manner across the network with a wide range stakeholder.
• Experienced in delivering in a fast-paced, and highly driven environment, to tight deadlines delivery significant change
• Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
• Fluent and comfortable in English written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, energetic and result oriented.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess risk and appropriate levels of return.
• Willingness and ability to work and deliver on tight/challenging deadlines.
• Good knowledge of fm and commercial balance sheet products and support systems.
• Sound understanding of fm products
• Proficiency in computer programs such as ms office, excel, and vba etc.
• Ability to work autonomously, but also a good team player.
• Process focused with the ability to follow guidelines.
• Proficiency in mandarin language is mandatory.

Role specific technical competencies

• Microsoft office (excel, PowerPoint etc,) entry
