JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervise, motivate, and guide retail associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve store goals. Conduct regular briefings, assign tasks, and monitor daily performance. Provide outstanding service by assisting customers in locating products, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner. Ensure the sales floor is consistently well-organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing according to company merchandising standards. Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments. Oversee stock replenishment and perform regular inventory checks to minimize discrepancies. Handle customer transactions using the POS system, ensuring accuracy in payment processing and adherence to cash handling procedures. Inform customers about ongoing promotions and product features to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience. Ensure team adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines, including proper handling of store security and hygiene protocols. Oversee end-of-day cleaning routines, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning fixtures, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Provide constructive feedback and support team development through coaching and performance evaluations. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues swiftly to maintain service standards and store productivity.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum qualification: SPM Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia Able to work on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people Customer Oriented, team player, and possess initiative
