Recruit & Build a Team
- Find, onboard & grow motivated Brand Officers.Train & Develop
- Conduct sales & product training.Lead & Support
- Guide, mentor & motivate the team.Execute Sales Strategies
- Implement & monitor marketing plans.Generate Leads
- Use social media for zero-cost lead generation.Track Performance
- Analyze results & improve team success.Requirement
1+ year of leadership experience
Fluent in English & Malay
Age: maximum 40 yrs old
Sales, marketing, or team leadership experiences
Strong communication & team management skills Social media marketing knowledge (bonus!)Own a laptop/PC
