Recruitment & Team Building: Attract, onboard, and grow a motivated Brand Officer team. Training & Development: Conduct training to enhance sales and product knowledge. Leadership & Support: Mentor and guide the team to achieve goals. Sales Strategy: Implement and monitor sales & marketing strategies. Lead Generation: Support social media marketing for quality leads. Performance Tracking: Analyze and report team performance.

Requirement

Minimum 1 year experience in leadership role. Fluent in English and Malay. Age: Maximum 35 years old. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or team leadership. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Familiarity with social media marketing is a plus. Must have own Laptop/PC.

Benefits
