Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a BPO environment, with at least 1 year in a Team Leader or supervisory role.
• Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within travel, hospitality, or membership-based services is preferred.
• Strong coaching, motivation, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage performance metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willing to relocate to location required (Penang)
• Fluency in Mandarin ( Verbal and written) is a Must.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Oversee the team's adherence to Project's sales standards, scripts, and customer handling guidelines.
• Monitor real-time performance metrics and implement action plans to address gaps.
• Assist agents in handling complex sales scenarios, escalations, and customer objections.
