At TechnologyOne we build and deliver truly great products and services that transform business and make life simple for our customers. We are currently expanding and growing our team based in Kuala Lumpur. And with this growth we are looking for a Senior Site reliability engineering team lead.

As a Site reliability Engineer Team Leader, you will help build and operate all components of the SaaS Platform and help research, develop and support the platform and orchestration that runs our global SaaS business.

What you\'ll be doing ...

As a Site reliability Engineer team lead your role will help to support the leadership of the SaaS Product & Platform team. You also will support the delivery of Release Plans for the product ensuring that the deliverables are on time, on budget, meet the customer expectations, are of high quality, and are aligned with the enterprise architecture.

• Lead and develop engaged, collaborative and achievement focussed team members aligned to our culture and values
• Contributes to product roadmap outcomes aligned to business strategies while reducing technical debt and optimising total cost of ownership within the product/platform.
• Guide team members to ensure efficient allocation of resources and customer support.
• Providing execution of activities related to infrastructure, security, continuous integration, continuous deployment, IT operations and metrics
• Bringing new ideas from concept to implementation; write quality, testable code, and participate in design/development discussions.
• Help implement the team release plan and ensure it achieves key success metrics at the domain-level while managing impacts across technology, people, scope, quality, time and budget
• Driving innovation and develop ideas for discussion using the latest trends and technologies and implement through clear communication and technical prototypes
• Improving Build/Deploy Automation and operational procedures
• Collaborating with the team to improve engineering tools, systems, procedures, and data security
• Staying abreast with trends and technologies to drive innovation and develop ideas for discussion and implementation

Your Talents ...

• Tertiary qualifications in relevant field.
• 5+ year\xe2\x80\x99s experience in a similar title or role.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of security requirements, concepts, and maintain compliance by design principles.
• Strong experience with AWS services including Compute, Storage, Database, Networking, Security/Identity, Analytics
• Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting using such languages as; Powershell, Python, Bash, Go, .Net etc
