Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Technical Environments:
  • Cloud Data Platform (Data Warehouse)
  • Master Data Management System
  • BI Reporting suite

• Strategic Planning and Vision:
  Collaborate in the development and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the Strategic Data Systems team, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.

• Team Leadership and Development:
  Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, and encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.

• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure the data solutions align with business objectives.

• Data Governance and Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards, including data privacy and security regulations, particularly relevant to global contexts.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
  Work closely with other departments within IT and external business units, to ensure a cohesive approach to data management and utilization.

• Quality Assurance:
  Implement rigorous quality control and testing procedures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data systems and outputs.

• Change Management:
  Lead and manage change initiatives related to data systems, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption to operations.

• Technical Expertise:
  Provide technical guidance and support in areas such as cloud data platforms, master data management, and BI reporting tools.

• Problem-Solving:
  Act as a key decision-maker in resolving complex technical, operational, and management issues within the team.

Requirements:

• 3 Years or more in Data Warehousing or Business Intelligence Development (Must)
• 2 Years or more of Leadership experience (Preferred)
• Solid understanding of Ralph Kimball methodologies (Must)
• Experience in development teams of 3 or more persons (Preferred)
• Experience in DevOps tools (Preferred)
• Fluent in English (Must)
• University degree / Master in IT / Computer Sciences / Engineering (Preferred)
• Certificates from Microsoft in SQL Server / Cloud Services (Preferred)
