Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, and encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.
Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure the data solutions align with business objectives.
Data Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards, including data privacy and security regulations, particularly relevant to global contexts.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within IT and external business units, to ensure a cohesive approach to data management and utilization.
Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control and testing procedures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data systems and outputs.
Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives related to data systems, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption to operations.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support in areas such as cloud data platforms, master data management, and BI reporting tools.
Problem-Solving: Act as a key decision-maker in resolving complex technical, operational, and management issues within the team.
Requirements:
3 Years or more in Data Warehousing or Business Intelligence Development (Must)
2 Years or more of Leadership experience (Preferred)
Solid understanding of Ralph Kimball methodologies (Must)
Experience in development teams of 3 or more persons (Preferred)
Experience in DevOps tools (Preferred)
Fluent in English (Must)
University degree / Master in IT / Computer Sciences / Engineering (Preferred)
Certificates from Microsoft in SQL Server / Cloud Services (Preferred)
