We are looking for a Team Leader to manage and lead a team of Guest Associates/Photographers. This role suits candidates with strong leadership, customer service, and photography operations experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Guest Associates/Photographers across multiple workflows
Prepare schedules/rosters and assign daily tasks
Ensure photo quality, sales reporting, budget and inventory control
Train, coach, and develop team members
Drive excellent customer service and resolve guest issues
Coordinate with internal departments and partner sites
Manage equipment, safety compliance, and operations
Support revenue targets and labor cost efficiency
Act as backup Guest Associate/Photographer when required
Requirements
High Graduate and above
Minimum
2-3 years
experience in customer-facing industries
Photography knowledge preferred
Leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Prior supervisory/first-level management experience is an advantage
