Lead, guide, and motivate telesales agents to achieve sales KPIs.
Monitor daily call activities, performance, and sales pipeline.
Conduct briefings, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Ensure strict adherence to bank policies and regulatory compliance.
Train agents on product knowledge, scripts, and sales skills.
Support sales campaigns and improve team results.
Handle escalated customer issues professionally.
Prepare performance reports and KPI updates for management.
Work with operations, quality, and compliance teams to enhance processes.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in any field.
2-3 years telesales experience, preferably in banking and finance background.
Experience leading or supervising a sales team.
Good understanding of banking products (credit cards, loans, etc.).
Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
Target-driven with strong compliance awareness.
