Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience

Deliver an upbeat, fun, and engaging customer experience consistent with the Boost brand. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure store cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintained.

Operational Excellence

Assist with daily opening and closing procedures. Maintain stock levels, manage deliveries, and conduct inventory checks. Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance in line with company and regulatory standards. Support execution of promotional campaigns and in-store marketing.

Leadership & Team Management

Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members. Lead shifts -- allocating tasks, motivating staff, and monitoring performance. Foster a positive, inclusive, and energetic team culture. Provide feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.

Financial & Performance Management

Assist the Store Manager with sales targets, KPIs, and cost control. Help monitor labour costs, waste management, and product yield. Contribute to strategies that improve store performance and profitability.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential

Previous retail or hospitality experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team. High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

Experience supervising or managing staff. Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., Food Handling Certificate). Availability to work weekends, early mornings, and evenings.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
