Manage daily outlet operations.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitor service quality and cleanliness.
Assist with staff scheduling, task delegation, and shift management.
2. Staff Supervision & Development
Supervise, guide, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service.
Assist in training new staff on company standards and procedures.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Handle minor conflicts and escalate major HR issues to the Outlet Manager.
3. Customer Service
Greet and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
Support staff during peak periods by assisting in operations when needed.
4. Financial & Inventory Assistance
Assist with monitoring sales, daily cash handling, and record keeping.
Support inventory management including ordering, stock checks, and waste control.
Ensure resources are used efficiently to control costs.
Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
Assists in providing on-the job training for new and existing staff when required
Assists in handling daily operations and other supervisory duties including opening and closing of store, cash handling of daily sales, merchandising restocking, administration, stock receipt report and sales reports
Plans monthly duty roster and ensures sufficient allocation of manpower resources
Conducting regular stock take to ensure inventory accuracy and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
Job Requirements:-
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Working experience in the apparel retailing field will be preferred.
Responsible and willing to learn
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
