We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telemarketing Team Leader to manage and inspire a team of outbound sales representatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of telemarketing agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics (calls, conversions, lead quality) and provide actionable feedback.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, role-plays, and one-on-one coaching to enhance sales techniques.
  • Handle escalated customer interactions and ensure professional resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, telemarketing regulations, and quality standards.
  • Drive team engagement through recognition programs, incentives, and performance challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, campaigns, and lead strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of team KPIs, attendance, and development progress.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a telemarketing or outbound sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for developing talent.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize team performance.
  • Proficiency in telemarketing platforms, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing campaign goals.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
