Job Description

::1) Initiative Planning, Control & ExecutionPlan and execute comprehensive plans and controls for assigned workstreams. Ensure alignment with initiative objectives by defining key deliverables, managing budgets, adhering to timelines, and optimizing resource allocation.2) Change Management & Communication ManagementStrategize and perform the development and implementation of change programs and communication plans for respective workstream. Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to enable change processes.3) Governance & AssurancePlan and execute the development and implementation of project management systems and ensure proper mitigations are in place in compliance with corporate governance, company\'s policies and regulations, technical standards and statutory requirements.4) Risk ManagementManage the identified risk and recommend mitigation plans to minimize potential implication to the workstream deliverable by analyze the financial processes, planning methodologies, systems and reports.5) Contract ManagementManage and perform the execution of services provided by contractors as per contract\'s terms & conditions to ensure they align with the company\'s financial goal and compliance requirements.Qualification:Bachelor\'s or Master\'s in Business Administration, Management Information System (MIS), Information Technology (IT) Finance, Accounting, or its equivalent or any related field.Requirement:Minimum 5 years of working experience and knowledge in relevant field OPU/BUMinimum of 3 years of experience and knowledge in relevant fieldProfessional accounting qualification (CA, CPA & ACCA) would be an added advantageExperience in SAP related implementation and business process transformation would be an added advantage.Work Location:Menara Berkembar PETRONAS, KLClosing date: 14th September 2024Only shortlisted candidates will be notified
