Team Sales Manager (Preferred Acquisition)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Preferred Acquisition Managers to acquire CASA, to grow deposits balances and to cross sell Banca related products.
- Lead the team to achieve sales objectives and productivity goals.
- Identify lead generating opportunities.
- Preferably with 5 year of sales related working experience.
- Good networking skills, customer focus, confident, proactive and results oriented.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with good command in multiple language is an added advantage.
- Able to implement business plan and sales strategy.
- Able to recruit, coach and develop sales personnel to become good performers.
- A Bachelor Degree is desirable.
