Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve tea, milk tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and speed of preparation. Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Handle cash and operate POS system accurately. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, utensils, and work area. Refill ingredients and restock supplies when needed. Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet. Provide product knowledge to customers and suggest upselling items.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any related field Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Creative and innovative mindset. Good English written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
