About the job Tech & Business Application Analyst
Position : Tech & Business Applications Analyst
Industry : Oil & Gas
Location : Sabah
Scope of Works:

  • Provide day-to-day support for business applications (e.g., ERP, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Maintenance systems).
  • Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, testing, and implementation of new features.
  • Work with internal users to gather requirements and support process improvements.
  • Maintain proper documentation of applications, configurations, and user guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and standards.
  • Support digital initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Minimum Requirement(s):
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT application support or business systems (fresh graduates with strong academic background may also be considered).
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP, SAP, or other business applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
