Job Responsibilities:



1. Online Distribution & Channel Management

Manage and setting up of online distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, extranets, metasearch platforms). Ensure correct price rate settings, rate mapping, room availability and inventory Reviewing & Ensuring accuracy of OTA settings & descriptions (performed by Brand Associate) Maintaining strong connection and communications between PMS, Brands, OTAs and Channel Manager. Monitor rate parity and resolve discrepancies with OTA partners. Coordinate promotions, packages, and rate plans with Brands & Content Team.
2. E-Commerce & Website Management (BRANDS)

Oversee, updating & maintenance of the ALV Groups' B2C & B2B official website content, user experience, and conversion performance. Manage booking engine configuration, payment gateways, promotions, and rate displays. Track site analytics and implement improvements to increase direct bookings. Collaborate with content specialist, external designers or agencies on landing pages and website content updates. Plan, execute & optimize digital advertising campaigns for Traffic / Sales Conversions into Websites (Google Ads, Social Meta Ads) Full control and management of ALV ATLAS Membership Development of ATLAS Membership Codes, Other Promo Codes Approaching & Negotiating of further external collaborations, perks & enhancements of ATLAS Membership.
3. Online Revenue Optimization Support

Collaborate with the Finance Team on Pricing Strategies & Implementation Analyze booking patterns, market demand, competitor pricing, and digital trends. Recommend actions to improve channel mix and direct booking share. Provide weekly and monthly performance analytics reports.
4. Technology & System Management

Oversee daily operations and troubleshooting of PMS, CRS, channel manager, and booking engine integrations. Coordinate with external IT and vendors to resolve connectivity issues. To support and execution any Automation, AI and IT related initiatives. Train staff on distribution and digital systems when required.
5. Offline Revenue

Development of Off-line Partnerships / Collaborations with to drive room revenue for Group:
- Travel Agencies, Govt Agencies, KOC, KOL, FNB, local attractions etc

- Govt Tenders

- Corporate Partnerships

Job Requirements:



1. Education & Experience

Min bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field. Min two years of experience in hospitality distribution, e-commerce, finance or digital marketing. Hands-on experience with PMS, channel manager, and booking engine platforms
2. Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.). Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite. Understanding of SEO/SEM, conversion optimization, and data analytics. Comfortable working with back-end software tools (e.g. IDB, Staah, Excel, other dashboards and reporting tools) Ability to communicate and pitch
3. Soft Skills

Driven, Intense and Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and partnership management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, revenue, finance and marketing. Problem-solving and systems-oriented thinking.

Pay: RM4,250.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
